Tess Cottin- DIRECTOR

Tess is from London and currently studies Medical Sciences at the University of Oxford. She has always been passionate about social justice, global health, and youth empowerment, and is excited to bring those values into her work with UNA-YP.

As a care leaver, she has seen firsthand how systems can fail the most vulnerable- and how powerful it can be when young people use their voices to advocate for change. She is especially passionate about women’s rights, migrant rights, and improving outcomes for children in foster care.

In her role at UNA-YP, she focuses on maintaining transparency and accountability in our financial systems, while supporting the wider mission of amplifying youth voices in global affairs. She is looking forward to continuing to learn, grow, and contribute to the important work we’re doing at UNA-YP.
