OUR SECRETARIAT
Blaire is a currently a media and public outreach consultant. She has degrees in journalism and international affairs, and law. She has organised various high-level events, MUN conferences, career spotlights and talks, aiming to connect ambitious youths with opportunities into the professional world.
Her vision is to create an inclusive and diverse community of young leaders who bring different skills and interests to the table, and work towards a more sustainable, more equal world. As General Secretary (Internal), she leads the finance and marketing teams in supporting and promoting the work of the organisation.

Lariana is a law graduate from the London School of Economics and a current Master’s student in Commercial Law and Investment Banking at the University of London. She has a strong background in advocacy, leadership and international engagement, having previously served as a Temporary Special Attaché to the UK-UN London Station and excelled in international Model UN conferences, debating and mooting competitions.
As General Secretary (External), she oversees UNA-YP’s external projects and collaborations, working to strengthen partnerships across UNAs and Model UN societies in the UK and abroad. Her goal is to empower young people to become globally minded leaders who are informed, confident and capable of driving meaningful change, whilst continuing to collaborate with esteemed professionals to contribute to these efforts herself.

Helena is currently a BA Politics and German student who has been in multiple leadership roles and helped organise and participate in MUN conferences and helped educate young people on politics.
She is passionate about helping to create a fairer, safer and more inclusive political environment for current and future young people. Supporting the Secretariat team, she organising meetings, maintaining communication, and ensuring the smooth running of team operations.

Taisha is a Geography graduate student currently working toward a master's in Global and Political Studies, with experience in interdisciplinary research, parliamentary engagement, and diplomatic relations.
Passionate and experienced in fostering development by creating spaces that empower collaboration and inclusion, her role in UNA-YP builds upon team wellbeing support and professional growth, helping to build a dynamic and globally minded community of young professionals.

Daphné Haralambous is a BSc International Business student with a strong interest in marketing, innovation, and global business. Through her academic journey and work experience, Daphné has built strong skills in communication, organisation, teamwork.
Motivated by the idea of turning simple concepts into practical solutions that improve everyday experiences, in her role, she focuses on supporting communication, coordinating activities, and ensuring everything runs efficiently, while contributing ideas that create real impact.

Nora holds a degree in Management with Marketing, and has expereice fostering collaboration between local institutions and grassroots educational initatives. Nora is motivated by the vision of peace and prosperity, where all can play a part in its establishement, particularly young people.
As Partnerships Officer, Nora liasies with UNA-UK and UNAYP's wider network of external partner organisations, working to strengthen and grow collaboration across the platform.
